CONFIDENTIALITY & RIGHTS

Rossi PA Services will keep any work undertaken confidential and not use it for personal gain or promotion without written consent of the Client.

The business affairs of the Client shall not be discussed or disclosed to any third parties without prior written permission from the Client.

The Client will be the legal owner and will hold intellectual copyright of all work undertaken.

All images supplied by the client, remain their responsibility with regards to obtaining rights for use. All images supplied by Rossi PA Services will be sourced with permission.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

A non obligation 20min Discovery call is complimentary and will not be charged.

As consideration for the Services to be provided by the Virtual Assistant and other obligations, the Client shall pay to the Virtual Assistant the amounts specified in the Statement of Work.

  • Expenses. The Virtual Assistant shall bill and the Client shall reimburse the Virtual Assistant for all reasonable and pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses that are incurred in connection with the performance of the Services.
  • Invoicing. The Virtual Assistant will bill the Client after the execution of the below specified Services also included in the Statement of Work.
  • Late payments. Payments not received by the due date will result in work cessation. The Virtual Assistant reserves the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid. All materials or property belonging to the Client, as well as work performed, may be retained as security until all just claims against the Client are satisfied.
  • Interest on late payments. In the event the Client fails to remit payment of any amount due under this Agreement on or before the due date, in addition to any other rights the Virtual Assistant may have hereunder, the payment will accrue interest from that date due at the annual rate of 8% plus the current Bank of England base rate, accruing on a daily basis and being compounded quarterly until payment is made, whether before or after any judgement and the Client shall pay the interest immediately on demand.
  • In the event of collection enforcement, the Client shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, legal costs, attorney’s fees, courts costs, and collection agency fees.
  • Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 / GDPR, the Client and Rossi PA Services may keep on record such information (e.g. contact details) as is necessary.  Either parties may view the other’s records to ensure that they are relevant, correct and up to date.
  • Payment is to be made by bank transfer; payment details will be detailed on the invoice.

2. To conduct my business affairs based on sound, ethical principles and will communicate fairly and honestly with your clients, associates, employees and suppliers.

3. To make an honest representation of my skills, experience and qualifications at all times.

4. To respect the confidentiality of your personal and business practices and recognise your ownership of intellectual copyright pertaining to your business activities.

5. To keep all acquired personal data safe and secure and ensure it is only used for its intended purpose, in accordance with GDPR.

My terms and conditions may be updated at any time to suit the demands of business.

NOTICE PERIOD

The notice period is ideally one month and in writing, where possible. This applies to retainer packages or specific long term project work.  Notice can be made to hello@rossipaservices.com / hello@rossipaservices.co.uk.

BUSINESS HOURS

My general working hours are evenings Monday to Friday. However, if I need to attend meetings or be involved in business critical phone calls, then I can be contacted outside of those hours via email hello@rossipaservices.com / hello@rossipaservices.co.uk which will be billed accordingly. Any communication outside of these general hours, will normally be dealt with on the next working day unless agreed in advance.

COMMUNICATION

I prefer to receive all communication and instructions via email only. This ensures no mis-understandings or communication errors.

COMPLETION TIMESCALES

Completion dates will be discussed and agreed with each instruction. Retainer clients will get priority with my time. If you know you will require my time for a set amount of hours each month, then a retainer package will be more suitable than ad-hoc basis.
